Utah and Idaho Paranormal

This is an investigation that completely surprised U&I P.  Our initial thoughts on this office were that it would be a very quiet easy investigation that would be great for training new team members.  We were correct that it would be great for training new members; we were very incorrect about it being quiet.

This office building was going through a major remodel.  The owner described seeing objects out of the corner of his eye.  One of the construction workers had similar experiences and thought on several occasions that someone had walked into the room he was working on even though nobody else was in the building.

Over 30 EVPs were collected during the investigation.  Most were class C.  Enjoy 2 of the EVPs.

This is one of the most enjoyable paranormal investigations we have been on.  The investigators had several personal experiences, numerous EVPs, and some interesting pictures.

Private residence in Box Elder County.  Family talked about "creepy feeling" in the home.  An Ouija board had been used many years ago.  EMF readings were very low in the home, rarely over .9.  KII meter never had a reaction.  Investigators had no personal experiences while in the home.

Amazing recording of residual energy or haunting snoring The snoring was picked up on a digital recorder that was sitting on the bed in the master bedroom.  Another investigator in the room also had a digital recorder but did not pick up the snoring.

Private residence in Franklin County Idaho.  The residents of this home have had numerous experiences feeling as if someone was walking by or watching them, and hearing footsteps in the front room and kitchen.   Home has been investigated 2 times and paranormal evidence has been collected each time.  Many of the captured EVP's won't be on this site because the owners name is spoken.

This facility has been interesting to investigate.  U&IP has investigated the site numerous times with various levels of evidence collected.  There have been investigations where no evidence was collected and no investigators experienced anything unusual.   Other investigations have been active with plenty of evidence.  Very unique structure with approximately 100,000 square feet to investigate.

I know that

Mosquitos are dumb.  Our investigator said "this is mosquito hell" and we recorded this response.

The pioneer home is very small and in great shape for its age.  This one room home is currently used for storage.  An interesting aspect of this investigation is that the building is very isolated, there is very little background noise in the area to cause recording anomalies.

There is a grove of Cottonwood trees in Franklin County that has a reputation for scaring people.   Feelings of being watched, feelings of being stalked, and disorientation are commonly reported.   The Cottonwoods are surrounded by hills that cut off almost all outside sounds, you are very isolated in the grove.   As you can see from some of the responses we recorded, we were not welcome.

We had the opportunity to investigate a very old home in Paris Idaho.  We recorded several EVP's.  Only one can be heard easily with out headphones.  We believe it says "Uncle".

We found an amazing home in Franklin County Idaho.  The home sits below some very interesting rock formations in a very isolated area.  It was easy for the team to understand why the area for the home was chosen.  No pictures of the home will be posted, the owner has had trouble with people removing parts of the home and items around the home.  11 EVP's were collected during our visit.  8 were class B, the 3 class A EVP's are below.

The investigation started out as recording barking dogs and playing the barking in reverse to see if we could get any words or phrases from a dogs bark.  Sadly, all we found were strange sounding dog barks when we played the recording in reverse.  However, we did collect 6 EVP’s during the 5 minutes of recording.  Below are the 4 best EVP’s.  Sometimes you just get lucky.
