What could possibly motivate a spirit to hang out in a cemetery? It is not where they passed away. They probably spent very little time in the cemetery when they were alive. The people they loved while living are not spending huge amounts of time at the cemetery. What is the attraction?
One theory is that most visitors to a cemetery are in a high emotional state. This emotional state creates an energy that the spirit can use. When you think about the emotions taking place during the burial it makes sense for spirits to be in an area with strong emotional intensity. Also, there are very strong emotions when people visit the final resting place of a friend or family member. The memories are intense, good and bad. You don’t think about the mediocre times when you are in a cemetery. You think about the really good times or the really bad times. There is plenty of emotional energy in a cemetery.

Glendale Cemetery
Kelton Cemetery
Not much is left of the Kelton Cemetery. Not much is left of Kelton. Kelton is a ghost town in the west desert of Box Elder County. The roads are in decent shape and the day we investigated, we had no trouble driving.Here is an interesting EVP from the trip. The response is either Todd or Talk, what do you hear?
Corinne Cemetery
We had an unusual "pre" response at the Corinne Cemetery. Two U&IP investigators were talking and one of them mentioned the year she was married. Just before the investigator says the year she was married, one of the cemeteries residents says the year. Listen carefully, headphones will help. EVP
Tremonton Cemetery
Conditions were less than ideal when U&IP investigated the Tremonton Cemetery. The wind was just not cooperating with our investigation. Two EVPs were recorded, one was a very low quality class C EVP. The other sounds like "help me" what do you think?
Small Idaho Cemetery
There is a small cemetery in Idaho that has no sign posted or other markers stating the name of the cemetery. Many times when we investigate, we leave with the feeling that not much happened. Then when we review the evidence we are amazed with the findings. We thought we might have some evidence while we investigated this cemetery, but would never have guessed at the amount of evidence collected.

Mercur Cemetery
We spent several frigid hours investigating Mercur Cemetery on a clear, cold November evening. Billy from FACT Paranormal Studies, and Kelly from Unknown Utah joined Todd and Brett from U&IP. I was quite an eventful night, we even had a UFO make an appearance.
